i was literally just on hold for thirty minutes (before they'd just tell me there was no one available to help me and hang up) and i'm just like.... seriously do you WANT us to pay tax? all i wanna do is make sure i'm not on emergency tax and find about uniform allowance! it's soooo frustrating.
