So I DBZ Namekians don't have a concept of Gender, but Thier role in sociality is determined by the clan they are born with.
The nameless Namekian was mostek likely of the Dragon Clan before hi split, since both Kami and Demon Kind Piccolo are. But Piccolo Jr. who is DKP reincarnated is a Warrior Clan namek. And then he merges back with Kami, effectively becoming the same namek as at the beginning(+Nail) but of the other Clan.
T.l.d.r. Piccolo is trans by Namekian standards.
