they’re kinda all-over-the-place in time! and i struggled with clarence and evgeniy: i originally matched yanovsky to moses, but i thought he fit clarence better, although clarence is not canadian and jewish. lavysh is russian and has the right timbre but his accent isn’t quite so thick as evgeniy’s. all the women were pretty easy, except joan baez has a clear “hippie accent” even after the 1960s. oh well-- can’t win ‘em all!
