I'm not sure how to tell you that turning your family into the feds for the exact same thing you once supported or called for is not okay by any means. If you supported the BLM riots over the summer, then you have absolutely no room to judge the right or even applaud people turning their family in to the feds over this.

This does not create unity. You cannot try to justify your actions while jailing someone for acting just like you. That creates further political tensions and divisions.

Go ahead, keep dancing around the flames you once believed in. You're never going to change for the better if you toss out your morals the moment it benefits you. That's actually not what having morals means. It's a clear sign you lack morals beyond your own selfish gains.
