I’m happy to announce that I recently received an Individual Artists Program grant from the Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events for REMMAGING Aunt Jemima (in association with the Bronzeville Historical Society) It's a documentary on the lives of the women who portrayed Aunt Jemima, starting with the original Aunt Jemima, Nancy Green.
