Hi, I'm a huge darren criss fan and I live in the uk but I have only just discovered the uk street team! I was just wondering as I have read that people have become a member of the team, is there an actual way to do that or do they just mean they consider themselves a member of the street team and like to raise a higher profile for DC in the uk! Thanks for everything xxx
Great question!I guess what you’re really looking for is our Facebook groups: that’s how we all started three years ago. We have little things like this Tumblr or our Twitter page where I guess you can just call yourself a member: but our Facebook pages are where we’re really active. The Main Group:This is where we post announcements about things that Darren may be doing, or where we organise events like the Flashmobs, Meetups, or any other cool thing we may think of. We have at least one big London meet up once a year, usually in August, and there are many others that happen in places like Birmindgam, Manchester, Portsmouth: all over!Dapper Chat:This is where the fun really starts. We only have about 200 members on this Chat page, but this is where you’re sure to meet loads of new friends. It’s funny, cause on here we very rarely talk about Darren: it’s more just like a smaller version of Tumblr. We post things that amuse us, ask questions that make absolutely no sense and still there’ll be someone to comment with a good go of an answer. We’re all a little crazy, but hey, we love each other. We care. And we’ll do whatever we can to make people feel involved, and welcomed.I really, highly recommend you check both of them out: this goes to anyone that is reading this right now. Even if you just join to have a little look at what’s going on around you, it’s totally worth it. It might be intimidating, but trust me: there’s some amazing, incredible, loving people on there. We have a lot more little groups that I’m sure you’ll find out about if you join one of these pages, (things like a self help page or a special group dedicated to Glee stuff) and I invite you to really try and make yourself known to them. Try to talk to as many people as possible. No one will think you’re weird if you just pop in to say Hi: explain that you’re a new Dapper, and and single one of them will make you feel at home. The admins are incredibly loving, and amazingly understanding, and I swear you’ll find someone on Dapper Chat that you’ll become best friends with instantly: it’s just that kind of place. And hey, if any of you reading this do go snooping around Dapper Chat: tell them Herman sent you. And that she sends her love.
facebook is telling me I don't have permission to post on Dapper any more
i guess this is goodbye
farewell friends
*sniff*
Ellie, I miss you so much. I know that people shouldn't wish death upon themselves, but I swear to you Ellie, I would have taken your fortune for you any day. I wish it was me instead of you. I wish you were here to spread the optimism you carried with every breath you took. You were, still are, and always will be absolutely incredible and you will be missed by so many for an eternity.
I love you, bb. Stay weird, always. xoxoxox
Can I just-
We'll be ok guys. We love each other too much not to.

Day Fifteen: Draw a family portrait.
I was uncomfortable drawing my actual family because faces. I despise drawing faces. So, I chose my other family - My Dapper family. They were a huge part of my life and I miss them very dearly. I think this picture sums us all up greatly.
