Kaitou paused, caught off guard for a moment, before he smiled and bowed. "Thank you! It's not everyday somebody compliments an international jewel thief such as myself." He looked up from the bow at the fan with a curious gaze, before glancing side to side. It wasn't the most crowded district, so perhaps he had some time before his escape...? "Who might you be, if you don't mind answering?"

Kaitou Kid hummed a small tune, sitting on the railing of some poor unsuspecting hotel guest's balcony. The heist had gone off without a hitch, as usual for his level of great skill, the gem secured and checked as usual, but to no avail. Still not Pandora. He let out a long, exhausted sigh. "Why do I even bother..." He leaned back, legs dangling, glad that he had taken a rest. Flight was normally not his choice of escape, but it had been necessary for his flourish: his performance to catch their eyes. Kaitou pulled out the gem once more, curious, checking once more, before he stuffed it unceremoniously into his pocket and let out another sigh into his hands. 'What a long night...'
