Personally I find this subtype model a lot better than the model which focuses only in the stressing of Ego/Creative IME.
Dominant subtype puts more emphasis on either Fe or Te. The stressing of such extroverted rational IMEs makes these people more active and hands-on achievers. Many leaders are Dominant subtype.
Creative subtype places emphasis on extroverted irrational elements, Ne and Se. These people know how to use their environment for their benefit and they are often idea generators.
Normalizing subtype include people who focus more on introverted rational elements, Ti and Fi. These people are lawmakers in their environments: they want to create rules and a general code of conduct before acting.
Harmonizing subtype focuses on introverted irrational elements, Si and Ni. These people focus on tying loose ends together and making the athmosphere and environment pleasant to people around them
