Alright, here's the deal with this blog. This blog is now on a permanent hiatus. I still love Antonio dearly as a character, but I've just lost any will to rp on this blog tbh. I mean, my motivation to rp on here again may come back with Despicable Me 3 being in theaters in several months, but for now, I'm leaving it on hiatus.

As for my reasons behind this decision, more is under the cut.

So I had a long thought on what to do with the future of this blog. For the longest time, I've wanted not to abandon this blog. I've had so much fun, met great people, made long lasting friendships, created stories and headcanons with others. I can't thank you all enough for spending time with me and wanting to roleplay with Antonio and I. Thank you all for the wonderful, memorable times. Most of all, thank you all for your support as well throughout the years.

There eventually comes a point though when you have to move on. I can't just be stuck making only certain fandom content forever. I've seen content creators too struggle with this same problem. Sometimes people want to do something else, but people only want the same content over and over.

I've been on this blog for almost 3 years now, and with a character with such minor content, I can only do so much before the character has been stretched so far out of canon that he feels like he's my own Oc by then. These past couple years I've been relying on Illumination to give me new content to work with, but instead, I've seen them focusing on the minions more, to which was a small let down.

It's just...Putting my faith into Illumination to make new content for Antonio is really...Asking for a lot I suppose. Don't get me wrong I still love Illumination and their whole Animation team as a whole. I just can't put all my faith into Illumination anymore, and I've already moved on a while ago. Friends from way back in the fandom when DM2 was popular have moved on a long time ago.

I might come back after DM3 is released, I might come back as a different rp blog, or I might not come back into the rp scene on tumblr at all. Who knows. For now, this is how it is.
