Periods on the Isle? -or- another weird post by me

I only just noticed that when Mal and Evie first get to their room in Auradon Prep, there’s a package left on the bed. Since the camara was moving quickly when I saw it I couldn’t really make out what was inside it, but for a second I thought I saw toilet paper, which is unlikely since that should’ve been on a separate package on the bathroom. Surely this one was a package with girl basics. But that got me thinking How did Evie and Mal manage their periods? Like how do girls on the isle do the whole thing? Magic or not in their blood they’re human. Or half, in Mal’s case. It’s sad to think that they’ve resourced to the old wash and rewash clothes, but I’m positive that even if Auradon did send health products they weren’t nearly enough (like they basically sent leftovers and trash I use like a thousand pads/tampons per period) Mal should’ve gotten most of them with her mom and all, but Maleficent always hated her human side so… Just imagining them being relieved at something so simple as having girl products to spare gives me feels. Also now I have the impulse to write a fic where they at first don’t know what they are, so they (probably Evie) ask Dough (since he’s in charge of orienting them and keeps dropping by) what these weird things in the bathroom packages are and he blushes like mad and after stuttering for like five minutes goes “you- you don’t- you really- oh.” And then runs out of the dorm. A minute later either an auradonian girl or FG -must be her headmistress duty right?- or even a nice teacher is at the door to explain them. Cue to adorable happiness at such a simple thing. Should I? Is this too weird? Yea?
