I love how the prequel book Isle of the Lost literally paused in the middle of a very important element of the plot to insert a passage about how short Maleficent had become - Mal wondering if banishment literally reduced her - because Kristin Chenoweth is not even five feet tall

Google says she's 4 foot 11. Which tracks for Maleficent as a fairy but for Maleficent as the towering Mistress of All Evil... yeah I can see why they thought they needed to explain it lol
