ok well i guess i wont be using tumblr until i get this DNS issue sorted out Things I know:
I switched my DNS to Google DNS on my computer and on my router and from then on I can only load tumblr 10% of the time + youtube videos load 50% of the time. All other websites AFAIK come up fine.
Reverting the changes back to the default "automatic DNS" settings have done nothing to alleviate this.
Able to ping tumblr.com in cmd but it wont load in all browsers (chrome, firefox, and IE).
Hard reset both my router and modem and it still persists
Removed the router from my network and am only using the router on my modem that i didn't change and it's still not loading tumblr properly.
My phone can also not load tumblr when on our wifi.
I want to say its a problem with the routers local DNS cache but i hard reset everything. I also want to say its just a problem with my computer but a 2nd device on the network cant load the site.
