ok so as far as bg goes im using her new 52 bg bc??? it’s a lot better than ‘woman scorned by teacher’ so if u havent read it/arent familiar w it here it is in a nutshell:
((TW!!! v vague mentions of domestic abuse, murder, drugs, murder again)) ivy wasnt supposed 2 go outside bc of a skin condition but she did anyway bc she loves plants and one day her dad murdered her mom and buried her in the garden (i was shook) and then skip like a decade bc dc sucks at covering things and she’s giving ppl experimental pills in college 2 see if they manipulate the mind like she thinks they will and she’s caught then she manipulates the dean into not expelling her and she graduates w two (2) honors then she goes 2 prison and kills her dad w/ a kiss (i was shook) and then she went 2 work at wayne enterprises in the biochem division but was fired bc her pill was lmao immoral??? and there was a mixup w security so when she was packing her things up they tried 2 take her away and her compounds were knocked onto her and baDA BING baDA BOOM it’s -uma thurman vc- pooooiiiiiiiiiiisoooonnnnnnn. pooooooiiiiisssssssoooooonnnn iiiiiivyyyyy. -end vc-

there were a bunch of debacles involving an uncalled for student-teacher romance, a loan shark fake kidnapping turned real kidnapping, another uncalled for student-teacher romance, a mentor who turned out to also be a dick but it’s ok bc now she knows how 2 do everything, was ostracized for being a mutant bc that’s how things go

sometimes reverts to straight-up villainy. has killed innocent enough ppl during her time in the x-men.

has a HUGE guilt-complex that has been lampshaded. like 100% blames herself for the deaths of every single one of her students (bc. a lot of her students have died. and it’s rly sad. bc her students are p much the only thing she cares abt.)

after jean found out abt emma and scott’s psychic love affair she entered emma’s mind (technically vice-versa) and made her relive some p bad moments which??? honestly??? cruel. but also like,,,, bitch deserved retribution

a lot. i was gonna list them j using the wikia but that’d take up half of my space. most notably, she can read minds, see pasts, project images, heal traumatization thru mind stuff, make ppl see a $100 bill when she actually gave them a newspaper clipping, possess ppl’s minds, can turn into a diamond form and becomes impervious to bullets. when i get her abt page up they’ll all be listed.
marvel sucks they gave her v few weaknesses which is honestly v unfair but they are:
“while in her diamond form, frost is unable to access her telepathic abilities.“
“alcoholic: after killing her sister, she became alcoholic.”
that’s legit all they listed.
i am not kidding when i say i wish she had more listed weaknesses like that’s such a mary sue powers thing.

ok. so most of emma’s powers would require god-modding if they were used on a playable character which isn’t cool if you don’t talk to the player ( this is why ivy hasn’t used her pheromone thing on anyone yet bc it godmods, but,,,, like,,,, almost all of emma’s powers do so this point is necessary ). if u respond with a “.” then u are giving me permission 2 let her be all telepathic-y towards ur character. i will obVIOUSLY only do it when it feels verY opportune. if u do not but there is an opportune moment i will come to u.

○ ok hi i’m madison and i’m ¹⁶ years old but i’ve been roleplaying for years so this ain’t my first time to the rodeo
○ natasha ⁽ real name natalia ⁾ is a v tragic character and has a history w/ abuse and stuff bc of a facility called red room
○ i don’t want to dive into it too much here bc i don’t wanna accidentally trigger anyone but it’s where she learned how to be a successful spy and also ballet
○ she was sterilized as the final step of the red room and even though she wasn’t planning on having kids, the fact that her choice was taken from her kills her inside
○ most people don’t trust her bc of her history with spying and being on nobody’s side but her own but really if she cares abt you you should be able to trust her w/ your life
○ most people think nat is cold and harsh but really she’s so sweet if she’s comfortable around you she’s just scared to get close to people bc people she used to be close to all died ⁽ black widow is a fitting title ⁾
○ “black widows” are typically looked down upon by the trainers of the red room but nat took the title and ran w it bc she’s an awesome character who needs more recognition ok
○ she’s bi as h*ck and is def a cat person
○ anYWAYS to sum it up i love natasha and she has issues but she tries so hard to work past them and even tho she sees herself as a monster she’s not
i would like to apologize for my absences on ivy & emma. while i’ve been getting settled back into the groove, the lights have been on way too much i s2g i legit. cant focus on writing when lights are on it’s a damn curse. anyway !! i have all the starters liked on one character or another so i can get back to them easily and, if they aren’t all out by tomorrow, fckin punch me.
