So I headcanon Arisens (and pawns) as sterile due to existing in a suspended state of living between life and death. And the sterility being another representation that they can't exactly 100% just move on with their life after their heart is taken and not reclaimed. (Plus, I can't recall any Arisens in lore having children while their heart was missing - correct me if I'm wrong.)
But anyway, even with that headcanon, I was thinking it would be funny if a deadbeat ageless Arisen like Lamond had a drunken one night stand that birthed your DD2 Arisen and meeting him becomes a really weird family reunion.
