This is my canon #dreamdaddy theme song. Also it took me nearly 20 mins to do this cause I don't understand Musical.ly... but I want to!? #josephcosplay #josephchristiansen #joseph #dreamdaddygame #DDAD #ddaddscosplay #ddadds #DDAD #ddaddsjoseph
It was late at night, and Joseph had quietly stood up from the bed without disturbing his wife, who moved just as soon as she heard the sheets move slightly. It was already a sweltering night and Joseph's thoughts did not help him to sleep. He had been feeling tired, depressed for months, with no desire to do anything. He struggled to smile as usual in the presence of his children, so as not to make them worry, he cared about them more than anything else, but the children realized that something in their father was not going, either in the way he behaved and because of his distraction in the kitchen. Often sweets were more floury, sometimes confused salt with sugar, mistakes never made before. He took the keys to his car and the yacht and left the house. He put the keys in the lock of the vehicle and looked towards the neighbor's house. The windows were closed and the lights turned off. Alex still had not come back from his parents' home, he was holding back so much. He snorted and entered the middle, which then started heading for the harbor. Once on the spot he lifted the anchor, and set up the rope with which he had kept the boat docked, and then moved away from the pier. When he needed to think he was going high up, so that only the sound of the waves could console him. He stopped once satisfied with the place and climbed onto the deck, going to sit on one of the white deckchairs. He put his hands together and sighed. He looked long before him, the lights of the city dormant, wondering if anyone was still around at that time. He looked at the wedding ring on his finger and sighed again. A part of him was well aware that it was not right what he was doing. He had chosen Mary as his life partner but ... she did not completely accept him for what he was, unlike Alex, who despite having seen every side of him, and the evil shining in his eyes, had always trusted blindly, continuing to come back to him until the last. He wondered where he had started to fail, what had convinced Alex to get away from him when he was so close to keeping him for himself, safe. He looked at the deck chair by his side and remembered one of the first times that he and Alex were dating, without the full knowledge of Mary, without Robert between his feet. They were happy, carefree and in love. But apparently, it wasn’t enough.
