I think Wall-e is faking his stutter. He'll be fine one second with complete sentences. Then all of a sudden he'll start stuttering again. Like he's picking when to stutter.

Do you think? Well, stuttering is a situational affliction that more or less depends on anxiety levels.

My point being: that happens sometimes with stutters. If you hear him speaking with absolute confidence and arrogance— think Flynn Rider— then come back and tell me. As it is, the thing probably can’t help it, so lay off him about it.
