dddakotarose answered your question:It’s my birthday in exactly one month from now and...
Pinterest has lots of good ideas for this kinda stuff
Thanks for reminding me, I completely forgot about Pinterest!
dakota
I actually do not know any Dakotas but one time Dakota Fanning liked a facebook fan page i made so theres that
I saw a medium and she told me a lot of accurate stuff and at the end of my hour with her she asked if I wanted to know anything else, I said I was open to anything she had to tell me. She told me about a past life of mine but I don't really feel any connection to what she told me. Do you have any ideas as to why I don't have a connection to it? She also asked me about my intuition and told me to embrace it, which I've been trying to do, do you know any ways to get in tune with that kinda stuff?
Well, the immediate explanation could be that it's a mistake. Mediums can sometimes pick up on certain things that aren't necessarily yours - maybe try asking close friends or relatives if they feel a connection with it? Sometimes I find I pick up on emotions by proxy; the person I'm talking to feels fine, but their close friend feels sad, and they're worried, and I pick up on the friend's emotions. I'm sure it could be possible in readings, too.
The other explanation is that maybe you just don't remember it yet, and perhaps one day you'll be doing something or you'll visit somewhere and it'll hit you. Some past life memories need triggers to set them off - I didn't know about my life in Dublin before I visited for the first time.
As for tuning in, this article pretty much covers the advice I would give!

I watched a documentary on Netflix the other day & its totally absurd, its called Tabloid. Or try to find a silly musical.

Persepolis it’s an animated film and really great it’s by Marjane Satrapi. It’s truly a great film
I'm going to save Persepolis for a day when my head isn't so floaty from panadol, and I can concentrate better haha (but it looks amazing!). And Tabloid looked so deliciously scandalous, so I think I'll watch that tomorrow as a reward for study. But tonight I think I'm going to settle down to Cutie And The Boxer. It looks so cute! And art! And music! And love! And interesting! And all the good things in the world :')
Thank you so much for the suggestions, ladies!
