Went 1-1 today losing in the semi’s. Great and I mean Great Pitching performancesall weekend all the way around!!!! AP-34, Lefty Ben, JC, G-Man and J-Lo. And there was still PLENTY of pitching left if we made the finals. 1st time playing in Perfect Game Tourney and the young men held their own. Gonna be true here we can hang with any one of those teams. There’s not a lot of teams around that can parade pitcher after pitcher out to the mound and feel just as confident as a coach that we pick up right where the last guy left off. Hey we are the South Charlotte Braves and last I check Braves pride themselves in mound work. Defensively I think we had one of our best weekends. “PorkChop” was a Beast behind the plate throwing a handful of runners out and in key situations. Sam I Am stepped up for us big with the glove at short and also provided us with some key AB’s flipping the lineup from bottom to top. AP-12 got us a couple on big hits and Lefty W was out in Center all weekend for us making a few amazing catches. Tomorrow we get back at it with one goal in mind work harder to get a SHIP. Lol the only thing the stunk was the ongoing camera problem we had. But I did what I should’ve done in the first place. I asked my daughter tonight when I got home..... Problem solved in 2 minutes.
