OC POSTING!!! The small red old man is Nintendo and the blue one is (Old) Sega. The second one is meant to be in the mid 90s on account of their rivalry. The 3rd one takes place current day. Old Sega is a ghost and has been since 2001 (when he stopped making consoles). He was replaced by New Sega (in the corner of the last frame). Nintendo and New Sega can both see Old Segas ghost. Nintendo and Old Sega are enemies to lovers. Kiss.

Basically old Sega can be very volatile as a ghost and get all fucked up when emotionally bad. Before he knew new Sega could see him he would often like. Scary haunt him in this state.

This is bandai Namco they are 2 people that violently fused together in 2006 lol it hurt a lot.
