The Masonic Theater here in Chillicothe, Ohio, attracted some of the greatest stars of the stage. DeWolf Hopper was one of them. Owner A.R. Wolfe proudly framed the autographed photo Hopper had signed for him, as well as the account of the night’s ticket sales for a performance of Happy Land in 1906.
The Ross County Historical Society currently has a display of more of Wolfe’s framed photos, which used to hang in the theater itself.
