Remember: The BIS was founded by the global banksters for continuing wars. Because practically insolvency of the United Kingdom, France, Austria-Hungary and Germany during World War One the United States had to give loans. But only to France and Great Britain. That's why the war ended (too soon for the finance and war industry) with the victory of the entente powers. So the banking mafia decided to create a "bank of the central banks" to force and credit infinite wars. THIS was the base of World War II with estimated total of 60–75 million deaths. German banks were mainly founding the BIS and of course the "3rd Reich" was until it's capitulation an important member, as opposed to the Soviet Union.

And 2022 the BIS moved to isolate Russia shortly after Western sanctions were implemented.
