From Her, To Me, To You
Inui gently pushed open the door to the cemetery, making his way inside. The blond weaved his way through the gravestones, reciting the names on the graves as he passed them. As Inui recognized that he was slowly getting closer to his destination, he stopped, inhaling sharply.
A minty, wood-like herb smell greeted him. Inui inhaled again, this time much slower, taking in the sent once again, this time breathing it into its fullest, then stepping closer to the grave he was originally headed for. The blond's eyes widened slightly with what he was met with.
A blond male sat there on his knees, hands pressed together in front of his chest. He wore an unbuttoned school blazer, matching pants, and a simple white tee underneath. In front of the blond was a small bundle of five incent sticks, freshly burned on the stone tray on the hedge of the grave. But the thing that stood out most about him, his eyes... The dull cobalt blue, he was crying. Not in a sobbing or weeping way, but more of a... tears were just, kinda there type crying. There were no signs of emotion on his face except for the large blobs of tears rolling down the blond's cheeks.
Inui clenched the wrap of white lilies in his hand, slowly walking over to the grave... the Inui Family Grave. The blond stood in front of the mystery male, as if waiting, to which, after a few moments, the crying male separated his hands, scootching over to the left, making room for Inui to sit down.
The sunflower blond kneeled down next to the other blond, placing the lilies next to the insects, bowing down.
...
"So you were the one who kept on leaving the insects?" Inui raised his head, glancing over at the blond, who just tried his best to wipe at least some of his tears away, then humming out in a raspy voice. Inui nodded, understanding.
"I see... how'd you know her?" Inui looked down into his knees, awaiting the students' answer.
"...She... was a savior of sorts to me... as if an older sister, a kind of role model... You?" The blond cleared his throat mid-sentence, revealing a much more fluid, softer voice underneath. Inui perked his head up at the males' answer.
"I... She was my sister..." The blond also raised his head at the answer Inui gave, taking a good look at the sunflower blond for the first time, eyes widening at the sight.
"Ah... I can see the resemblance... Like, a lot..." Inui smiled seeing the boy finally seeming to stop crying.
"Yeah... you can imagine how common we would get that." Inui grinned at the memory, the other cracking a feint smile.
"I can only imagine..."
"So, what's your name?" Inui tilted his head, watching the blond get up, bowing goodbye at the family grave, then straightening upright again.
"Takemichi Hanagaki, you?"
"Seishu Inui... Nice to meet you." Takemichi bowed slightly at Inui, waving his goodbyes.
"Nice to meet you too..."
Random story idea- but I didn’t know where to go with it so... that’s the end of that!
