Much needed Update

First off, I’d like to apologize for the lack of any updates from this blog in... well a long time. I feel I should explain why there hasn’t been anything posted in the past few weeks...

To begin, no I’m not closing down the blog. I love it far too much and my passion for Gunpla has only continued to grow, so UC Photography is going nowhere. Now for the big reason for the lack of updates:

My camera died

The camera I use for all my photo shoots, have been using for the past seven years, finally called it quits. It was sort of a long time coming as the dead pixels problem was getting worse and one of the batteries had already died. No it’s just... gone. With it out of commission, I’ve no means of taking “quality” images for the blog. I have a camera on my phone, but the quality on it ranges from average to poor. So with my main camera gone, I have to wait until I can scrounge up enough for a new one, and cameras are in no means cheap, especially good ones.

In the meantime, Throwback Tuesday is still a thing, and I will do my best to update it at least -twice- a week with classic photo sets from UC Photos humble beginnings. 

Also, for those that don’t know, I was at Youmacon this year! The big anime convention in Detroit was a blast and I took a lot of pics on my camera phone, including some updates to UC Photos Instagram! Those who follow my Instagram may have already seen the pics, but for those who don’t I’ll be uploading them here soon.

For those who have stuck around with me this long, and to all the newcomers, I thank you all very much. It means the world to me that you all enjoy my little blog here! I’ll try and keep up with updates while I save up on a new camera and hopefully can provide more to offer in the future.

Help required please!!

I own a  fujifilm finepix AV200 digital camera.

I've not used it in about 4 months and no it just won't turn on. I've charged all the batteries and I've tried to use google to help me.

I still got nothing. I really need help because I want to take this camera with me on holiday to take pictures and at this rate I'm going to have to buy a new one, which I can't afford. 

Help me please!!

it won't take memory cards anymore, the thing that clicks them in must have just worn out

I'll have to use my mom's camera in the meantime :P
