I don't want you back
It's just that I wanted you to know
You still run through my head
But I'm alright alone

Will forever be convinced that Gibbs being mad at Tony re: EJ in âDead Reflectionâ is not about a blanket rule against sleeping with coworkers, but specifically with sleeping with EJ, especially vis-Ă -vis the Ziva situation.
I say this every time this arc is on, but from the get-go Gibbs doesnât trust EJ, and she gives him good reason not to. (That is a whole other topic.)
But when Tony tells Gibbs why heâs dating EJ, he sounds like heâs convincing himself more than Gibbs. Especially when heâs like, âsheâs easy to be with.â (Or whatever it is he says, Iâm too lazy to rewind and I turned the tv on halfway through the scene.) Gibbs stares him down then, and I fully believe thereâs more than a touch of, âeasy doesnât mean itâs good.â
I know Iâm leaping, but Gibbs has also been such a dad over the years about them and subtly called Tiva out on their fuckery, so I stand by it. By sleeping with EJ and embroiling the whole team in it, heâs messing with their dynamic, and wasting whatâs right in front of his face. (Meaning... Ziva. Because thatâs always where my brain goes to.)
been really feeling these lyrics lately.

Dead ReflectionÂ
Silversteinâs Stronger Than Ever After 18 Years
Canadian rockers Silverstein brought a wave of nostalgic moshpitting fans to Irving Plaza on February 28. Even after 18 years in the music business, the band is stronger than ever. Vocalist Shane Told has become an icon in the scene for his melodic screamo mashup. They played tracks from their latest effort Dead Reflection and it felt like we traveled back in time when they played sixteen-year old songs. Catch them this summer on the last Vans Warped Tour.
