"What’s the best way to calm down your muse when they’re angry?" for Lachy, Beo and Jamke
Lachesis’ anger is very explosive. Even after the initial raging has died down, she really seethes and holds onto grudges and the desire for vengeance for a very long time. To calm her down it’s honestly easier to let her wear herself out (eventually) by just letting her yell or giving her a good fight to let off some steam. She’s unfortunately prone to making reckless decisions when angry, but trying to placate or distract her will go terribly and should be avoided unless you’re immediate family.
Suggesting things she can do about the thing that’s making her angry can help sometimes, though if it’s something she’s thought about already she might just get more frustrated lmao. Fighting her (while she continues yelling) is probably the fastest way to get her to calm down at least a little since it will tire her out both physically and mentally and she feels better after hitting things.
Beo doesn’t really...get angry all that much (sorry Eldie :c). He’s more prone to grumbling, doing petty shit to let someone he’s mad at know he’d mad, or maybe raising his voice a little versus stomping around punching and breaking things. He might take the initiative and try to calm himself down by sulking with a pint of beer or heading to the arena to fight his bad mood out.
Unlike Lachesis he doesn’t usually stay mad about things that he can’t change, transitioning more easily to resignment about that just being how life goes. It’s also difficult for him to stay mad when someone’s being unfailingly kind to him, so I’d say the fastest way to calm him down is either let him grumble at you as you make supportive noises/comments or fight him because he’s a very physical person and physically tiring him out will also make him too tired to want to bother thinking about why he was angry.
If Jamke gets angry he’ll usually go off by himself to go shoot at targets or hide out in the forest just sitting or walking until he’s cooled off. He can be a vengeful person, but he mostly feels hollow and exhausted after being angry and generally tries to stay calm and rational and not let anger cloud his judgment. Like Beowolf, it’s hard for him to maintain high levels of rage when someone is being very kind to him and understanding of why he’s mad at whatever thing--he gets kind of embarrassed about dumping that all on them/them seeing all that and calms down fairly quickly.
