Heavily inspired by @deadofnight_art on Insta (check out their work, it's awesome)

(!!! spoiler alert !!!)

I wanted to do a stylised representation of Gideon in the 3rd book with the "wreath of fingerbones and white blossoms" and the gaping wound in her neck because frankly that is one striking image.

And it's only appropriate to post Gideon around Easter time, child of God and all that

okay so i do want it to be noted that i fear i'm not all that smart when it comes to tracks, so this is solely based on how cool i thought the track was from the one race i've watched of it or some other silly reason :)

1. fuji

my beautiful beloved fuji <3 not entirely sure the exact reason why anymore but they should bc i thought it was a really fun track ! or at least there was a lot of fun stuff happening on the track like seb & mark crash ! sato's car caught on fire and the rain put it out ! kubica and massa fighting for p6 at the end !

2. nurburgring

an absolutely chaotic race track and i was so so compelled ! so i watched the 2007 race, and truly so so wild that six cars spun out in this one spot and then nine cars were out by the end of it ! at the time i didn't realize so many cars could be out at once so very intriguing stuff to me ! and it was the first time i had experienced a wet race so very cool :)

3. jeddah

my first race that i ever watched in full ! very exciting stuff for me in the sense that oscar became championship leader and he pulled that really sick overtake on lewis ! so very delightful and fun track i think <3

4. suzuka

i will admit i only saw like a little over half of this one but it was the first race i had ever watched at all so now the track is very near and dear to my heart of course ! and it was a max win so very very yayyyyy :)

5. spa

yeah i understand why everyone and their mother likes it, it's fun ! it's interesting ! also the track vaguely looks a glue gun to me which i think is neat

This is this week's page of m webcomic twisted. I am happy with it though i have a long road ahead of me if i want to master this specific technique. For the one or the other illustrative page this might be a viable technique, but not for the whole comic where i aim to get faster. I have the feeling though that for each minute i get faster i don't get more done... I just add stuff that takes even longer to draw.
