Hey ya’ll! I do wanna say that I’m sorry I wasn't here for Halloween, I was dealing with some personal and family stuff!

Wrench
It is Him. The bastard rat man himself!
The most obvious one is that Wrench is bisexual. Like this boi is 100% an absolute flirt - as obvious with his ‘friendship’ with Marcus.
Alternatively; Marcus is very much his boyfriend. However because Wrench is...Wrench, Marcus doesn’t realise this until about a month into their relationship because Wrench forgot to tell him.
Wrench has ADHD.
Has trouble trusting people but extremely loyal to those close to him.
Unofficially calls himself Josh’s older brother.
DeadSec are actually the closest thing he’s had to a family in a long time. He’s protective as hell of all of them and there’s nothing he wouldn’t do for them.
Absolute meme lord. Like 10/10 jokester. Him, Marcus, and Josh quote vines at each other daily.
Far more upset by Horacio’s death than he let on. Horacio was part of his family for a long time. But Wrench is terrible at dealing with grief.
Found the remains of Wrench Jr and has a side project of secretly rebuilding him. Because Wrench is a good dad that loves his robot son.
Once tried to date Sitara. Worst week of both of their lives.
As much as he goofs about, he’s genuinely passionate about the work he does. He’s desperate to make a change in the world.
Wrench changes the LEDs in his mask to the colours of the bi flag during pride month.

Thoughts on Watch Dogs 2
A ruff game.
Played on Xbox one.
Fun and flashy is the best way to describe Watch Dogs 2! By the end of my playthrough, I had indeed had fun with the game, but bad shooting mechanics, repetitive mission designs and two-dimensional characters, didn’t leave me wanting any more of colourful futuristic San Francisco. The fact that there are dogs in the game and you can pat them, is the best thing ever.
From the start I really liked the new character of Marcus, not often do we see a POC character written so well, without the usual calls to stereotypes. Marcus is a smart dude who enjoys nerd pop culture, a hacktivistic with a heart of gold who occasionally saves the day one hack at a time. But Marcus isn’t alone, he is joined by a team of Deadsec hackers. The teams humour feels fun, yet incredibly forced at times. One instance, the group is wary of Marcus and wanting him to prove himself, the next mission Wrench and Marcus already have an established relationship and act like best bros.
San Francisco is fun to explore and has its own loveable charm. Random NPCs offer little titbits of their lives when they are scanned, and sometimes interesting text conversations can be read, one that stood out was the BRAINSSSS viruses’ message, that turned every message into a zombie’s favourite word, it then leads the player into a side quest.
However Marcus’ idealistic save the world one hack at a time attitude, is ruined where the player has access to an untold amount of firearms. Now the game encourages you to be stealthy, what with the Quad Copter, the Jumper and the always on hand stun gun. Upon a frustrating run of trying to complete the mission in pure stealth, I decided to pick up a shotgun and try my hand at run and gun. Not only did I complete the mission easily, but it broke immersion, with Marcus being a good guy, but also no repercussions or mentions from my buddies at Dedsec. Karma mechanics in games aren’t always necessary, but when done well, they add to the story E.G Dishonored. When the stealthy path in a game is unrewarding and tedious, it’s always going to be easy just to run and gun.
Watch Dogs 2 is a fine game, but it's also a frustrating game. Repetitive gameplay loops of, go here hack this, save the day from bad guy, doesn’t really offer anything new in the late game. bad shooting mechanics had me in a rage with the bad cover mechanics. I struggled to remain interested whilst finishing this game, more often feeling frustrated, than having fun.
Verdict: With colourful characters, an interesting protagonist and a gorgeous San Francisco to run around in, Watch dogs 2 has flair and style, it’s a fine game, but nothing more than that. You’ll enjoy your time, but you’re not missing out if you never play it.
"Hang on Marcus. I'm hacking in..."
