Taia is driving me crazy with the 'befriend vampire' wish. She keeps getting it! She's basically met all the Deadwylers and friends that are vampires and still. She just gets the wish again.

Ok, this mod's messages are amusing, but the people actually showing up are ...ugh. I need to look into the mod that fixes it so happily married men don't show up. Taia ended up accepting Josh and Anthony's requests and I hoped this meant she'd get a date request or something but...nothing happened? Yeah, needless to say I'm either disappointed in how online dating works or don't get it.

So I had Taia ask out on date but...these were her options! Paul is still an option despite their relationship tanking after he 'accused her of cheating'. And yeah, her and Julio REALLY hit it off when they met. Their relationship isn't that high (like 30%?) but because of traits shenanigans it jumped to romantic interest quickly.

Meanwhile Ibis keeps getting asked on dates. Gen, WRONG BROTHER hon.

In an effort to try to get a date to happen I had Taia send Paul this and he replies with THIS. BRO you got the dislike children's trait! Why would you risk making some?

So yeah, it didn't happen. Also got error 12 so REALLY nothing happened.

Anyway when I finally got Taia on the date she really caught the eye of several people there, including her date and the bartender lol

Fun fact! Because of Ibis' banana tattoo and general interests, I've begun to notice banana items out in the wild and have even bought some just because of him. One such item is the plushy pictured.

Also I drew his tattoo. Based on art I saw on pinterest ages ago but that wasn't *quite* right so I just put pen to paper and voilà, his first tattoo.

He also has another banana tattoo, much more recently acquired. This one I just found on pinterest, like the grand majority of his tattoos.

Lori is already good friends with her grandpa! Makes sense, he's Friendly and kept picking her up all night.

Of ALL the sims the game could've picked, it goes with the two that would NEVER date each other. This notification made me realize I needed to check people's attraction settings...

Though my game's Pugsley's is a bit of a lady's man. I'm also happy he's at least considering women his age as opposed to from a whole generation or two above (his last girlfriend was a contemporary of the grandparents Alan and Lara).

Funny that the 'Exploring Her Options' only has 'her' option lol

Taia certainly doesn't care about his reputation though.

Ibis in this save has been making drinks for years (ever since I could unlock the skill for him). He's named several drinks after important women in his life and one after his grandfather. I don't remember naming the Puta Madre one but it's hilarious and such an Ibis name. I do think it's an oversight that there's no Kiki drink... we'll have to fix that.

Ok now, some wishes that for some reason I decided I needed to take pics of...

It's a shame Saylor and Blaze didn't get more of a chance to hang out in high school. They would've agreed on a lot of things about Ibis and would've been likely to hit it off. This wish just...reinforces that.

Taia still wants to travel... Honestly she keeps getting these wishes so I'll do my best to stop showing them.

And as usual, she's feeling bougée and REALLY likes hot tubs.

As soon as I added Ibis to the household this triggered. Now I had to check, because I know its the game's reputation system getting its knickers in a twist. Bridgeport Ibis actually has the reward to ignore it because it was driving me nuts. But St Erast Ibis SHOULD have the reputation of cheater and SHOULD suffer the consequences of it. However Taia would NOT be the one to call him out on it. She wasn't in high school, and she has even less of a reason to do so now. Had it been Saylor though then be my fucking guest, feel free, yes please. So I did some nraas magic so it wouldn't trigger again.

ONCE the whole rep system thing got resolved they were back at it, business as normal style. Which obviously meant:

I mean, they didn't even have the courtesy to leave the room she was in before initiating passion. Of COURSE she's embarrassed lol

And finally, some wishes Ibis got.

Wanting a trampoline despite there being no room for it seems absolutely on point for Ibis.

Wishing to text Kiki was...heartbreaking. For some behind the scenes info: Kiki is still living in St Erast in game so obviously all the other sims have kept their relationship with her (which is why I keep the sim in town). In fact, Ibis still had a romantic interest relationship with her! Which, given their last interaction on top of his dad's sports car (which he of course was made to clean up and got grounded for) makes sense... In order to not trigger the stupid rep system though I changed it to friends (best? good? something) so they still have a good relationship.
