Dorm Leaders trying to win the affection of Deaf!Alpha s/o.
Riddle:
🌹-For once he is somewhat glad his mother made him take so many lessons, he is rather fluent in ASL so he can communicate with his crush! He practices so that he can be fluent in conversation with the Alpha, helping them with classes and acts as a bit of a tutor for them, making sure they understand the material.
🌹- His feelings grow stronger every time he is near the Alpha and can't help but feel closer than ever to them, he finally gets the courage to ask them out by signing to them "Do you want to have tea with me?" One day. The look of surprise and relief when the Alpha signs "I would love to." sends Riddle's heart a flutter he hopes that this will be the beginning of a beautiful courtship.
Leona:
🦁- He doesn't really think much of the Deaf Alpha, that is until he finds a couple Delinquents causing them trouble. The Omega growls and scares the troublemakers away before helping the Alpha up. He doesn't understand ASL but he does know how to text. He exchanges numbers and makes sure that the Alpha is at least alright.
🦁- Of course Leona doesn't think much, he was just stopping some Jenks from messing with someone, but he admits he is surprised to see the Alpha so athletic. During phys-ed, he watches the Alpha run around and keep active just as well as those who can hear. After class Leona texts and asks if the Alpha wants to train for Magift together, nearly dropping his phone when they answered "Sure, it's a date!" … was it a date? If so, Leona wasn't gonna complain.
Azul:
🐙- When he finds out there is a deaf student on campus, his first thoughts are to make a deal with them to restore their hearing, perhaps in his favor. Though when he finally lays eyes on the Alpha, he just can't bring himself to act so selfishly.
🐙-Instead he spends his time learning sign language and attempts to communicate with the Alpha that way. The two become fast friends and before long they are spending more time together rather than apart. So courting was almost entirely skipped, not intentionally mind you! It just kind of clicks and both Azul and the Alpha realize that they are now a dating couple.
Kalim:
🦦-Kalim, bless this Omega's heart. When he first meets the deaf Alpha he is a little concerned that maybe he already upset them somehow, only to find out after tapping their shoulder to ask a question that they just aren't able to hear anything. This concerns him even more, wondering how he could make friends with the Alpha until Jamil suggests trying to lean Sign language.
🦦- Kalim practices sign language and actually kind of finds it fun, it has a lot of movements and different ways to express yourself! When he is confident enough in his abilities, he goes to the Alpha and asks them to eat lunch with him, to which the Alpha happily agrees. The Alpha does question if it is a date, and Kalim gets a little flustered. … I mean he didn't say "no"~
Vil:
🪞-He is quite shocked at first, with Vil being an actor and performer, he couldn't imagine losing such an important sense like hearing. He does find the Alpha on Magicam and decides to message them one day, first mentioning how he knows they go to similar classes, and when if they may be able to meet up. The Alpha is nearly floored when Vil messages them, responding and eagerly replying yes to meeting up.
🪞- Vil finds himself pleasantly surprised by the Alpha, learning about their likes and dislikes, how they have adapted to their condition and how they still enjoy watching the performing arts, even if they can't hear what actors are saying. Vil invites the Alpha to a few special screenings whenever he is cast for a show, and ensures that there are subtitles… Needless to say he finds himself infatuated with this Alpha soon after.
Idia:
💀-Idia is at first relieved that the Alpha can't hear his muttering and mumbling, but that soon turns into "Wait- if they can't hear me then… what are they thinking of me?!" He gets a bit of panic and is torn between trying to confront the Alpha and ask them, or just sitting by and doing nothing. Ortho urges Idia to attempt some form of communication, the latter opting to just use the internet to chat with them.
💀- The Omega is relieved and thrilled to find out that the Alpha enjoys playing online games, even joining in a couple of Coop games with Idia. He finds himself getting excited when the Alpha is online, and makes sure his game is multi-player before inviting them. The Alpha contacts Idia after a few weeks and invites him to join them at a convention. Idia's Otaku heart is about to explode, he immediately replies yes and starts asking about cosplay ideas… Wait is this technically a date-
Malleus:
🐲-The Fae is curious about this Alpha, they cannot hear, and yet they are completely unbothered by it… He wishes to speak with them somehow, giving Lilia a letter to hand to the Alpha. After Lilia delivers the note to the Alpha, Malleus is surprised that he even got a reply back! Most in the school wouldn't even dare to read a letter from Malleus, let alone reply.
🐲-The two exchanged letters, developing their friendship, sharing stories and learning about one another. Malleus wonders if the Alpha would be alright with accompanying Malleus on one of his nightly strolls… The Alpha is first to ask the Omega out however, visiting Diasomnia one day and signing if Malleus would like to go stargazing one night. The Fae prince almost immediately began planning a wedding the second the Alpha left to prepare for their date.
