The event will culminate today with winner's being crowned by day's end. Competition will commence ‪at 7:00 a.m.‬ AEST (QLD time). "We've arrived this morning to find absolutely pumping four-to-six foot surf at South Straddie," said WSL's Boost Mobile Pro Gold Coast Contest Director Renato Hickel. "This is sure to be an amazing end to a great event with the finals set to run around lunchtime. We will start the day with the heritage heat then move into the remaining heats of the men's quarterfinals then continue from there into semis and finals.
