Youth Talk: Bae or Boo or BAE?
Here we are trying to grasp the nuanced differences between these terms of affection. According to Hunter March, Bae is not a reference to Beyonce - it's the new version of Boo. As in "He's my boo." BAE might also stand for Before Anyone Else. So apparently you can have a bae who is not necessarily BAE. We're dizzy trying to digest it all. But Hunter, you'll always be our boo.
