Oh god,I know how you feel...I have the same problem,but you have to carry on,maybe it's just a bad day,or a bad week.I always try to find something to look forward to,something that makes me really happy,and then everything will get better,drink a hot chocolate and watch your favourite movie/TV show,or talk about it with someone,it'll help :) <3<3
