I think this would be an interesting move. Is Chip trying to get more Ducks again?

“The Amateur Ward”: Special Teams Ranks – Punt Returners 2014
Predicting punt and kick return yards is like trying to predict the winning numbers in a lottery. It cannot be done. Punt returns are critical to the offense, however, as they determine starting field position and can give covering special teams fits. There may not be a ton of information out there on top punt return men, but the top five or so should be easy to pick out. This list should serve…

69 DAYS UNTIL PAC 12
Top 5 best runningbacks in the NCAA
1: Bishop Sankey: A workhorse in every sense of the word. Unlike many teams that are spreading you out and passing, Sankey totes the rock 25+ times a game, including an astounding 40 times against Arizona. He is averaging over 150 yards on the ground per game, the most at this point in the NCAA. Is a very balanced runningback having deceptive speed more power than any normal 200 pound runningback should have. The Huskies really don't have a threat on the outside so the defense usually stacks the box to stop Sankey and tight end Austin Seferian-Jenkins.
2: Lache Seastrunk: Hard to name a more difficult to defend runningback in college, or for that matter, any level. Seastrunk is averaging 11 yards per carry and has not played a full game yet. Lache is best known for his game-breaking speed, but he also has a great power element in his game. He started this year with 3 straight 100 yards games while he only played for a little over 2 quarters a game. I thought that he has a very good chance at the Heisman and is without a doubt the most talented runningback in the Big 12.
3: De'Anthony Thomas: The Black Mamba, as he is called, is the most dangerous weapon in college. His acceleration, agility, and unparalleled speed set him apart. He might not have the size to be as effective in the NFL, but when he is on the field and healthy no defender can cover him. He also doubles as a dangerous returner and deadly deep threat. Averaging an impressive 8.1 yards per carry he can read the hole in the defense better than many quarterbacks and is ideally suited for a zone blocking scheme that Oregon runs. If he stays healthy like former teammate LaMichael James did Thomas should be a high pick in the draft when he comes out.
4: Melvin Gordon: Melvin Gordon has the speed and agility to take any carry to the house (Just ask Arizona State). He shares time with Senior runningback James White but Gordon has the ability to be a workhorse runningback at any level, however he might play better as more of a gimmick, but he could continue his great play since the Badgers have very little resistance outside of next weeks game against Northwestern and their final game of the season when they host Penn State.
5: Antonio Andrews: Probably the most underrated runningback in college football, has good size and is deceptively fast. He follows his blocks very well but he is only average without a full-back in the backfield. Has a nose for the endzone with a NCAA leading 9 touchdowns. Played very well against Tennessee and should play very well in the Sun Belt conference. is a very good receiver out of the backfield.
