It’s a shame they deleted the scene. They didn’t want us to see Charles mourning for Raven because it wouldn’t work with their “oh Charles is evil now” narrative. :/
OMG I want to write about WAG!Charles so badly that I even finally finished “Dear Charles”. I've never posted something like this before, but I think I can show you a small snippet. The chapter will be released after some editing in a few days. Please let me know what you think 👉👈
"What are you talking about?" Max finally decided to clarify.
Sebastian and Lewis exchanged glances and smirked. Max felt an overwhelming urge to roll his eyes.
"I'm talking about the bouquet you kindly gave Charles," Sebastian replied.
"I don't know what you're talking about," Max snorted nervously. He turned his gaze to the race management, who were discussing something with Checo and Valtteri, feeling his face flush.
"Or do you think I didn't check the box you left in Charles' room after first practice?" Sebastian persisted.
"It wasn't me," Max insisted, still staring straight ahead, but seeing nothing. He decided to deny everything, no matter what.
Lewis and Sebastian giggled nastily again.
Max even slightly regretted that he and Charles had once decided to keep their relationship a secret. Sometimes he wanted to scream how much he was in love with this omega, and that this gorgeous, pretty, kind, talented omega was in love with him too. Max wanted the whole world to know that Charles was his, and he, Max, belonged to Charles, so that no world champion would even think of laughing at the fact that he was just a good alpha for his best omega in the world.
"Charles has an alpha, you know?" Lewis said, joining Sebastian in his bullying. "He told us today."
Max exhaled loudly through his nose, getting even angrier.
"I know," he muttered through clenched teeth, shifting in his seat. He desperately wanted to change his seat and sit somewhere else, preferably next to Charles, so that he could caress him and tell him that everything would be okay. These two omegas would drive him to his grave with their taunts.
"Then you know you don't stand a chance?" Sebastian decided to finish him off with these words. Max wanted to ask – why are you so mean? But instead, he turned to Sebastian and Lewis and whispered indignantly:
"Why is that?"
"Because Charles will never date someone as hot-headed, rude, disrespectful, and full of himself alpha as you," Lewis replied.
Max's mouth dropped open in surprise. Sebastian nodded in agreement with Lewis's words, smiling smugly.
"I'm not-" Max began, but fell silent when the race director suddenly addressed him.
"Max! Do you have something to share with us?"
Max nearly jumped out of his chair.
"Uh, no," he replied, having no idea what exactly they were discussing all this time. "Sorry, Michael," he apologized, just in case.
“After silly 2024 season there are six rookies on the grid. And everyone, absolutely everyone, falls in love with Charles Leclerc. But this is not some kind of mind-blowing news. As it turns out, everyone has been through this in the past”.
Or just a story where all rookies are obsessed with omega Charles.
(I didn’t want to turn my blog, which I started to propagate alpha Max and omega Charles, into a blog where I discuss racing, but damn it, I'm tired of being lestappenpodiumless. I need both Max and Charles on the podium at Silverstone. I've never been so uninterested in the race. I need both Max and Charles to start fighting for the front row again, or give me the next season already)
