Let's not forget what taking a knee stands for y'all... The whole reason why this is a thing.
a good question came up in my humanities class today. "why when black people commit crimes their mugshots are plastered across social media and news outlets dehumanizing them, but when a white person commits a crime they are showed as human and innocent as possible?" and that made me think. why is that? mike brown was a high school graduate but instead of showing his graduation photos, the news chose to show him as "thugged out" as possible maybe to try and justify his death.. I don't know. I seen an article on Twitter about a dad who viciously murded his 2 kid daughters and instead of showing his mugshot, they had a picture of his smiling holding his 2 kids... which he murdered. so I was confused. what do you guys think?
