This lockdown has been not only good for my body but also my soul. It has given me so much time to reflect deeply on things that I usually wouldn’t have the time to reflect on before. Reflection gives you clarity over certain things and people in your life. At the early stage of quarantine I wasn’t happy because I thought was going to miss out on work and other things I usually occupy myself with but now I am so so grateful and happy for this 3 months of reflection. This period certainly separated the fakes from the reals, gave me a lot of clarity I needed with some of the people in my life, gave me a lot of focus, serenity, peace and quiet, and a grateful heart. 2020 isn’t cancelled at all. Change your narrative of this year and choose the see all the good it brought.
