Hello everyone! Hope you're safe and well. Been practicing EFT tapping to reduce stress and anxiety (thanks to Jane the Virgin 😊) . I think i tapped a creative nerve and now i'm seeing fireflies. 😃 I've always felt a strong connection with these magical light bearers. Grew up believing that they are fairies guiding us to the right path. Just daydreaming about them in these trying times helped me navigate in the dark. You see, I allowed myself to wallow in the shadows of fear and anger when ECQ started. Tried to be proactive and use my quarantime wisely, but no. There's just too many ruined plans, crashing dreams, broken hearts. 💔But you know, they say once you've been in the dark you'll learn to appreciate everything that shines. A few days ago, saw myself giggling like a child just because of the ube cheese pandesal my sister @haileymaezee sent. Ahh, heaven. ❤️ Yes, life is hard. Crazy even. I'm still scared for my son's future , angry with incompetent "leaders" and still grieving for unfulfilled hopes and dreams, but today I choose to see the light. I've accepted the fact that I cannot bounce back but I am ready to crawl forward with a grateful heart. With that said, i'd like to thank my parents and siblings for everything. Uyyy guys!Guess who's @commonroomph 's maker of the month. It meeee!😍 . Story time: Once upon a time, a lil girl named Darie spent most of her time daydreaming and staring at fancy paper and stickers. She wanted to make paper goodies but she thought that's impossible. Stickers come from factories, or fairies.🤔 Years passed and she forgot her stationery dream along with her other "impossible dreams". Only one dream stayed with her, and that was to be an artista (which explains the very maarte posing haha!) But she also hid it in her heart for she was afraid to be judged by judgers.🙊 She pursued a creative life, became a voice actress and saw herself on tv too (thank you fairy godmothers! ❤) After 10 years of acting she realized that she kinda sucked at it 😅 and she wanted a different creative life. Tried crocheting and baking, but she knew deep in her heart that she wants mooore (cue little mermaid song.😁) One day, while breastfeeding and 'gramming, she saw the amazing works of Pinoy artists - they make cards and stickers!Darie remembered her dream and decided to learn how to paint and make paper goodies. Finally, she had the courage to show her work and make her dream came true. Now she has a space in a dreamy place called Common Room (thank you Mother Hens!😭), she allowed herself to daydream again and rekindle more forgotten dreams even while adulting. For nothing is impossible if you #BelieveInYourMagic. ✨🌈😁 Next dream: to be a good witch. Hello crystals, oils and other magical (and tita 😁) stuff! Lezdodiz!😍❤💪 .
