Sure, why not? Marriage isn’t exactly the most important thing on her mind, however. In our modern days, marriage isn’t as ‘revered’ as it was fifty years back, so I can imagine that fifty years ahead, it’ll feel much less like a ‘necessary tradition’, you know?With a ring or not, Fareeha will remain loyal to her very last, dying breath to her lover. She does not require name on the paper to remain by the side of whomever she has decided to spend the rest of her life with.She takes their word for it. Call her naive, if you will, but she does not take love lightly. Besides, she’d never indulge into anyone that she didn’t know thoroughly. There is just no way.Pretty sure that her partners are also aware that she’ll hunt them down day and night with a rocket launcher if they fuck with her. Just saying.BUT! To answer the question; if her lover got down on his/her knee, and proposed, there is very little reason for her to turn it down. Send 🐬 for an AU where my muse is a mermaid/man being kept in an aquarium    A head popped out from the water of the pool. This aquarium was two stories and this enclosure had one tank that spans both of them. The second floor part of it, though, was an open enclosure, having tall walls for the guests could look down into it.   A pool of black surrounded the head, the hair blocking out the vision around her shoulders. With her lavender skin, the hair made quite the contract on her. Bright yellow eyes glanced around to the walls, looking to see if anyone was there. thankfully, no one was.   With a light smirk, she ducked below before emerging and sitting on a rock that was slightly out of the water. A shiver ran down her spine as the cold air hit her wet skin. The air was not on up here, was it? Being stubborn, she scooted more onto the rock, showing off more of her tail as she did.    Moving her hair and picking it off of her body, she showed off her bare breasts as she ran out her hair of most of the water it retained.

Hands and arms- multiple- snake around a frame. They pull, they drag, until Jesse collides back to chest with him in a bump. Locked around, they squeeze in a silent embrace- and soon, he soundlessly nestles the white of mask into crook of neck.

Ever since they reconnected, Jesse had slowly gotten used to being randomly moved. His breathing caught when so many hands touched his body, but he eased as he leaned into the embrace. He tipped his head to the opposite side, giving that white mask space to truly nestle up. Jesse allows his eyes to fall closed, his own two hands gentle along several of the hands that grip onto him. Just so gently caressing. “Gonna scrape me wit’ that mask, gorgeous.”

Of course the cowboy is there for the kiss. Drunk or not, Jesse got used to having a pair of lonely lips for new years. He was always ready to just hear the count down and cheers before he drunk himself into a stupor and slept like a log. He was working on his drink when the count down sat at his back. 

That was until a clawed hand caught his arm. He is turned around, the mask is lifted and suddenly a kiss is being laid on him. Sloppy and falling over themselves. But Jesse is immediately pulling him in, his arms wrapped tight around his neck, pressing them closer and closer. When he needs to breathe, he laughs. 

“Musta been wrong, gotta be Christmas again. Got such a perfect gift.” Even when drunk and kissed stupid, he has a pick up line. He still won’t let Reaper go either. He wants more kisses. And more alcohol. But mainly more kisses.
