8/29/11 - 'Nancy' & 'Death By Snatch'

Strength:

    Clean

5 reps @ 110#

5 reps @ 130#

5 reps @ 150#

7 reps @ 170#

WOD:

    'Nancy' - 5 rounds for time

400m run

15 Overhead Squats (95#)

Time: 15:39. Not my best performance. Cleans felt strong again. WOD was just as difficult as i had expected. High-rep OHS remain an issue for me. I can get through them, just in small sets. Need to increase my shoulder strength.

Double WOD:

    'Death By Snatch'

1 rep increase every min on the minute (65#)

Total: 11min. 5reps into my 12th minute. This was great practice to work on my quick snatch form. Became very tough around minute 7.
