🪶 + Eerie ( only if you want! )
I was going to color this, but the emptiness of the line art felt right. Having the resting angel pose was one I couldn't do without either.

The application may not have been intended for him, but it was intercepted nonetheless, as was his job to ensure anything sent to the cabin was safe.
So this was how Eerie was searching for someone to watch Lilly, letting the child decide the terms and sending out forms to fill to see who would best fit.
... Hax couldn't take her, much as they would welcome the child with open arms their hands were full enough with Taygete. Especially so since he'd made the horrible mistake of removing one of them. A guilt that still weighed heavy... but maybe part of him still stands by the defense that he had no choice in the matter, it was that or risk Eath being discovered sooner and Hax dragged back by the warden.
A face neither they nor he wanted to see again... and Eath was Akram's daughter. He would to anything to protect her...
But, as he learned, he wasn't the only one who wanted to ensure her safety. Foolish as he was to believe he was the sole protector, not to reach out for help... Something Eerie was now doing, but for their own daughter this time... and with the fighting and whispers he'd heard he wasn't sure if Eerie had what he failed to account for before.
Help.
Sighing, muttering soft curses in daemonic, he fills out the form and sends it back.

[ I admit, it took a little bit and I'm still not fully proud of it but that's the life of an artist. X'D Would've done somethin' with his hair though but I just know that a certain alien buddy of his made it impossible to do much with it. >> ]
I just discovered your blog and your angel designs has me hooooked!! I hope you don’t mind me using them as inspiration? They closely align with visuals of angel concepts from my innerworld. It’s okay if not though! I definitely want to commission you sometime
( ah I rarely send asks like this thats how excited your art has made me )
Ahhh thank you!!!!! And of course! I'm glad my angels are inspiring to you, that's so sweet!
When I make an angel I usually try to think of it more as a natural creature rather than some innately holy being. Like if humans and animals evolved the way we did on a physical plane, how would a creature that exists on the premortal plane, a place with no physical boundaries, evolve?
The other thing I try to maintain is that these angels don't have inherent morality, because they are just creatures after all. I want their appearance to be dazzling and bright and angelic, but their form to make you a little uneasy if you saw it in nature, and think twice before approaching. Like you don't know this angel, so would you be approaching a deer or a bear?
Haha, sorry, I have a lot of opinions on angels. Thanks again for the ask!!!

Send ✍️ and I'll draw a quick, five minute sketch of your muse!
More than five minutes because I was agonizing over how I was drawing their hair. But I finally got it to where I liked it :) I hope you like this little doodle!
What controversies/drama would your character incite in fandom?
Probably the two biggest ones would probably be if he's an accurate depiction of black men and if he's written as too lady coded. I could see that based on some conversations I've had with some of my older guy co workers.
Alot of Chris does have alot more inspo from tropes associated with horror ladies (final girl coded) and even his job in some shows is usually associated with a woman characters. Honestly, the wayBut I think they make him a bit more well rounded while also having masculine tropes and inspirations.
Plus, him being plus sized, sweet and devoted to his partners (both male, female and non binary) could rub a certain male demographic the wrong way.
❝Oh, he doesn't need oil to start a forest fire,❞ Marsha hissed with venom dripping from her voice.

Hestia had heard about Eerie through Persephone and had accordingly mentally prepared herself for the worst. But seeing the state of the non-binary spiritualist still left the domestic Goddess in utter shock and horror. They were like someone had started making a human and just gave up after the skeleton and skin.
That alone was enough for her to firmly, but politely, usher them into her dining room, sit them down at the table and insist they let her cook for them before getting to business.
"Alright, for starters I've whipped up an appetizer of tomatokeftedes and lentil soup." She placed the offered dishes before Eerie, the fried tomatoes still warm from the pan and slightly glistening with oil. "And while you dig in, I'll go check on the mousakas!"
