Masked stranger, A monster in Death City? (Open RP with deathmidnight)

Mizune walked down the streets of Death City, whistling to herself and watching all the children play around her. It was a nice little town now that shibusen wasnt hunting down all the witchs. She smiled as a young kid kicked a ball inadvertantly in her direction. He seemed scared to go get it from her so she simply kicked it back to him softly and smiled. She continued walking along and notice a sheet of paper taped to the side of the building she was walking passed. The word 'wanted' was spelled out in all capitals at the top of the page, directly under was the word 'reward' with a $500,000 dollar bounty written next to it. The picture on the sign was dark but the mouse could make out the outline of the insect-like mask the person was wearing. The image was mainly of the half hidden face of the criminal but also showed part of a tall hat, similar to mizunes. The mouse looked at the poster a while longer, "Hm," she said thoughtfully, "5 hundred grand sounds preeetty nice right about now," she smiled greedily, "Wonder how tough this thing could be for that kind of cash? Maybe i should ask around for help," she wondered.
