The X-Wing rules FAQ has been updated, and big changes have been implemented for decloaking and obstacles.
Instead of Decloaking before revealing the manuever dial, Phantoms will now decloak at the beginning of the activation phase, before every other ship reveals their maneuver dials.
Debris tokens, which are packaged with the Decimator and YT-2400, are now legal for tournament use alongside asteroids. Choosing which 3 unique obstacles you bring to the game will now be a part of list building.
I will be posting my reaction to the changes soon once I have had time to go over everything and process how the changes will impact competitive play.
