In today's stop motion video I have another apartment renovation for you. I have converted the apartment at 121 Hakim House into an INDUSTRIAL STLYE APARTMENT.

This great apartment offers space for two Sims. There is a separate entrance area and a creative room. Here your Sims can create true masterpieces at the easel. In the spacious living room there is a cosy sitting area with a huge flatscreen TV. From the kitchen your Sims can enjoy the view over San Myshuno and relax here while cooking and eating together.
