debut challenge ; day one
heya its me, simp, and im doing another diet ahaha however, this is no ordinary diet, this is a full on lifestyle challenge. not only will i be dieting like an idol for a month, i will also be learning to dance and sing/rap to a song in 30 days. i definitely will not be anywhere near the level of a kpop idol by the end of the challenge, but thats not really the point - its to challenge myself, lose some weight, and have fun during quarantine. here’s the pdf i made detailing the challenge...
so yea - skincare, exercise, diet, training. im not really looking to actually sing the lines, but lipsyncing is da goal. today was day one, and i followed it well. i chose mamamoo’s starry night, solar’s parts, as my song. i learned most of the chorus in an hour or so. i think i did aight.. (‘-.-) diet log: - 2 cups of cold brew, each with a splash of 2% milk (<100kcal) - 3 slices of mushroom flatbread (500kcal? 600kcal? idk it was from some boujee restaurant) - mini ice cream popsicle (100kcal) toning workout:
as well as 50 squats, 50 hip thrusts, a minute of donkey kicks, and a minute of fire hydrants.
