Would you agree that superman HAD to stand toe to toe with doomsday? I mean if he used super/freeze breath dooms day has the raw strength to break free, and SM heat vision doesn't really effect doomsday a kriptonian bone skin. And if SM ran away to regroup or charge up doomsday would just destroy the planet before he could get back, so I feel like he was forced to fight him toe to toe in order to keep doomsday occupied. What are your thoughts?
He could have done exactly what is shown in those pics. He could have just thrown or dragged Doomsday in to space with his vastly superior speed and strength. Once in space doomsday would have been fucked as he cannot fly. Superman could have then just kicked/punched/kickpunched him all the way across the solar system into the sun. He could have just flown back down to earth and picked up like an oil tanker or something and batted doomsday in to the sun with it. And that would have also worked in his favour as the closer he got to the sun the more powerful superman would have got.
