D:BH - 28 Stab Wounds Explained
It's 28th so it's the best day to share Bryan's explanation of the famous "Twenty-Eight stab wounds!" scene.
Bryan confirms there is 'a lot of little moments like this in the scenes' but personally I know only about very few of them. "Got it!" / Slamming the table / Pushing away by arm / Angrily gesticulating frustration from boss / More humane movements and expressions Did you guys noticed some other subtle things Connor repeats from Hank? Let's find them :D
Detroit Become Human ver.
Which other characters should I do? 👀

Bryan Dechart's response to a situation was ableist, discriminatory, and even racist because he disliked someone.
Instead of any professional response, the video above is what he instead said his 100s of viewers on Twitch in the audience without any second thoughts.
He also vagueblogged this single person on the internet to his audience of 1000s on Twitter. This is meant to be one of the faces of the positive, respectful, and inclusive DechartGames Community.

Hello everyone.
Several people I know in the D:BH fandom recently informed me that Bryan's responses to me regarding my situation (please see here for a general summary) actually speak to a far more glaring set of issues, which is the fact that his actions and words are deeply hurtful to disabled people and especially POC, both groups being prominent in a community like D:BH's fandom.
I'd like to be the first to say that this goes beyond what happened as a whole IN REGARDS TO MY SITUATION. I had no intentions of even posting something like this, until these awful details had been pointed out to me and came to light.
I want to make it abundantly clear that I'm highlighting this not to continue a defense for myself but to criticize Bryan Dechart's character and for others in the D:BH community and even the DG community at large to understand how harmful and how disappointing this behaviour is.
This is meant to speak on the fact that Bryan Dechart is okay with saying these things about someone he was annoyed by, to 100s of live viewers on Twitch and that he is willing to vaguepost on Twitter/X over something like this.
The second Tweet shown about touching grass, was a vaguepost to me posting my defense and asking for communication. That was posted August 26th, with the touch grass post being posted on Sept. 2nd, as well as the stream clips shown.
The important context to know:
I am openly Latina and openly ESL and this is shared on my social's bios. He insinuated that if he "spoke to me slow in my native language", I still wouldn't get it.
Bryan said that those who "don't pass the vibe check" aren't welcome in his community. He did not elaborate at all as to what that even means.
He actively chose to throw shade about the situation as opposed to any other possible professional response, openly mocking it to his audience of 100s in his openly "positive and inclusive" community.
I openly shared that I am ADHD + Autistic, and asked for clarification multiple times socially, the DG community was made aware of this—but it seems that If you don't understand social cues well enough and cause discomfort—you are not welcome to the Dechart Games Community.
I hope this information helps inform the community as to who we should support and look up to. I sincerely believe Bryan, Amelia, and the mod team at DG need a serious look at what they think is acceptable behavior.
