[ WALL ]: sender slams the receiver against a wall during a fight/sparring match. levi to evie
she’s known for pushing herself. today, evie didn’t know she’d be sparring with levi though. he seemed to take an interest in making sure she was well-trained. it felt nice to have someone invested in her.
focus. evie’s spending the most part if the beginning of the fight dodging. after all, levi is fast. he’s already made his next move by the time you are done analyzing his first. but finally, there’s an opening & she takes it.
miss. she dodges again quickly, tucking & rolling to a few feet away. when she picks up her stance, she realizes how empty the training room is right now. did everyone go to bed?
no time for that. the fight is moving once again, but levi finally gets her — hook, line, & sinker. she goes to the left as he goes to the right. she tries to correct…
the motion ends with him slamming her against the wall, the fight coming to an end. but for a second, evie shockingly can’t breathe. levi’s closer than he’s ever been — & she doesn’t hate it. evie knew he was strong, but she still can’t believe how lean & strong he feels. gods, he even smells nice — evie, stop it!
a single piece of hair falls in evie’s face as their eyes lock. she isn’t actually sure how long this lasts. a moment could be three seconds or vice versa.
she hates how she feels mesmerized. a sigh escapes her lips, blowing the lock of hair out of her eyes. “… i’d say you don’t fight fair, but i guess neither does anyone else.”
why does she feel like she’s been set on fire?
