Finally, I've always wanted a fairy OC but never could conjure up a decent design. Even now I'm like 'this is.... fine.' (I'll tweak it more later hehe) But yah, this is Declan!! A fairy OC I threw together for this year's Artfight. I'll write more about him in the future. for now I just really wanted to get his character sheet up and done. COME HANG OUT WITH ME ON ARTFIGHT!!
