Georgetown Resident: Declan Hartley
Declan Hartley is 42 years old and was born and raised in Georgetown. He currently works as a lawyer for Wentworth and Miller and is said to bare a resemblance to Wentworth Miller.

His Motive:
Adam Cooley’s determination to tell his wife that he was having an affair with Declan.
His Alibi:
Finishing up some last minute paperwork for one of his clients. Coworkers were present as well.
His Connection:
Declan is connected to Dinah Hartley because he is her younger brother. He is also connected to Mr. Adam Cooley because they are having an affair.
Testimony: I personally cannot believe someone would disgrace our country, by blowing up the White House, like that. Apparently, whoever it was has no disregard for anyone other than themselves. It's one thing to want to bring about change, but killing someone is never the answer.
Secret: Ever since Declan was younger, he’s always struggled with his sexuality and never fully accepted who he is. His inability to accept this part of him is part of the reason he became a lawyer. He graduated from Georgetown University with a Law degree. He then turned himself into a workaholic to keep from acting on his feelings for men. The only person that knows he’s gay is his sister. When Dinah begins working closely with the White House, things start to change for Declan, and he becomes involved with Adam Cooley.
