El decreto 349, otra ley mordaza del castrismo, convierte al arte en delito. El estado se cree con la capacidad de decidir que es arte o no, y sobre todo en base a esto, encarcela a quienes se expresen en su contra. Este poster va dedicado a todos los artistas que han sido reprimidos y encarcelados por el régimen, como Pupito el Sy y Maykel Osokbo, dos raperos aun en prisión por expresar lo que sienten en su lírica.
Decree 349 represents another gag rule created by the Castro regime which converts artistic expression into a crime. The socialist state can then incarcerate anyone they deemed necessary based on this arbitrary decree although the do not need an excuse to do so given the 60 years of repression upon Cubans. This poster is dedicated to those brave artists that have been incarcerated for their thoughts and expression, such as Cuban rappers Pupito el Sy and Maykel Osorbo.
